Hammer Crusher
Structure:
CPS-2  1-2T/h This hammer crusher is mainly used to crush fruits like apple, pear etc. The machine consists of body, rotor, sieve, bearing seat, belt wheels etc. The outer surface of the machine is sprayed with sand blasting. This machine adopted balance technique, running stable and low noise. It can crush the fruits to small diameter granule. (less than 0.3-0.5cm). The crushing sizes can be adjusted according to client requirement.
Material:
    Main machine and frame adopt sus 304 material. Sus304 are Korea POSCO brand.

Twin Pulper
Structure
This equipment consists of main shaft, sieve, drum body, frame
Etc. Main shaft mainly consists of bearing seat and pulper rotors
This equipment is used to refine the pre-heated fruits. The fruits
From last process is infeeded to hopper, main shaft driving rotor
Rotate at high speed, the fruits are squeezed by scraper blades and sieve. Then fruit pulp and peel and seeds can be separated. Fruit meat and juice enter to second drum via sieve, while seeds and peel is exhausted.

Main parts and function:
1,Main shaft
Main shaft parts consists of motor, pulley, spindle, bearing seat, beating plate and other components. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the pulley. The main shaft drives the rotor to rotate through the key connection. There are many blades on the impeller, and the blades drive the material to rotate and rub against the screen. Bearings are used to support the spindle, the internal injection of lubricating oil used to lubricate the bearings
2,Sieve
The sieve and rotor work together to separate peel and fruit pulp. Sieve part consists of sieve and sieve frame.






Vacuum blending evaporator
Structure:
The vacuum blending evaporator is composed of a stainless steel concentrate tank, a water jet, a water ring vacuum pump, a platform, etc. The lower end of the cylinder is a heating chamber formed by a double butterfly head, steam is introduced into the interlayer to boil the material in the tank for evaporation . In order to facilitate the observation of the pot production, the cylinder has a visual hole, in order to facilitate cleaning and maintenance, with manholes. With spray cleaning ball, nitrogen inlet, antioxidant added to the mouth.

After Sales
We can dispatch our engineer to client factory if client want. 
A set of two year spare parts will be provided along with machine. 


Warranty:
1 year warranty. If parts broken in one year under correct operation, we will send the parts to client free and we will pay the courier fee. While if the parts broken by unproper operation in one year, we will send free parts to client, but client will pay courier fee.

Shipment:
Our machines are normally customized, the standard machines like juicer, pulper, crusher may available in stock and can deliver immidiately, while other customized machine need be made according to client requirment. Delivery time is 30-70 days. After goods finish and testing, we will invite you to inspect the machine. And Machines can be delivered in 7-10 days after you approve and sign the test report.


Package:
Wooden cases or other simple Package
Since some machines are big and long, we will disassemble the machines before delivery, and the number will be marked for assembling when goods reach client's factory. For example, if one side joint point we mark 1-1, another joint will mark the same 1-1, so that you know the two parts will be jointed together. Becisdes of delivery documents, we will send you a detailed packing list which declear exactly in each container, the wooden case number, and in each wooden case declear the name of machine/model/qty.. It will also mention the spare parts in which wooden case/container/wooden case number etc. Becisdes of that, we also supply equipment layout in container. So that you will not looking for machine or spare parts anywhere.

Where are We located

Our Factory is located in Xinqiao industrial park, jinjiang city, Jiangsu Province, China. You can take long-distance bus to Jinjiang city, or we can pick you up in other city where is widthin 3 hours drive. 


Payment Term 
We accept T/T, L/C(irrevocable at sight)
T/T Payment normally 30% down payment, balance 70% paid before delivery.
L/C payment will be 30% down payment by T/T, balance 70% paid by L/C.
